The Parallax Podcast 10 (06/07/12)
We made it to 10 episodes! And you thought we wouldn't last. What a week for significant world events - the Higgs boson particle is discovered and a new PARALLAX PODCAST is delivered. Please enjoy this movie debate show featuring Luke "Bieberman" Buckmaster, Zak "sand-shower" Hepburn and Rich "suck my thumb" Haridy.
In this episode we discover that THE AMAZING SPIDERMAN only lives up to the second half of its title; TED, the first feature from Mr Family Guy is actually pretty good; Channing Tatum keeps on channing in 21 JUMP ST; and we get serious for a moment discussing the genuinely brilliant, A SEPARATION. We then travel to Zak's dimension where we are treated to 110 proof tequila and a film called THE NEW YORK RIPPER featuring a serial killer who quacks like a duck. It's apparently quite unpleasant.
If all that wasn't enough, Luke and I also share our favorite mutant animals in film, come up with a pitch for old man spiderman and Luke sucks my thumb. 10 episodes in and things are getting weird.
